They were initally helpful, with agreeing to cover the costs and getting us a car home from Heathrow but it has taken them more than 14-months to settle the bills. In the meantime, we have had to deal with the ongoing demands and emails from the HCA Florida, and even liaise with their European Global Recovery team. Mum is still in pain and this has not helped our stress levels. Over the year, AXA ignored all my emails and my phone calls went nowhere.
