Beyond INCOMPETENT.

Beyond INCOMPETENT. Car has been in the garage for over 3 months due to a flooding which was diagnosed from the garage of needing to... Beyond INCOMPETENT. Car has been in the garage for over 3 months due to a flooding which was diagnosed from the garage of needing to replace components that would cost nearly £3500. Had to go through Axa Car Insurance as I needed the car repaired quickly as I need the car as part of my job. And now my employment is being threatened by my company as I still don't have a car to do my job. It's been months of constant calling and being constantly fobbed off with the answer that their so called 'engineers' are still deciding if the car should be written off or repaired and then constantly told to wait a few more days. Promises of call backs have never happened. They've started their own so called 'complaints procedures' which I don't see anything on my online account They keep telling me they understand my frustration and doing all they can. REALLY....all they can for the past 3 months with no real acceptable explanations or progress ??? All I want is a yes or no answer so I can stop being left in limbo and do something about it. Seriously...NEVER EVER even think about using AXA Car Insurance. Of all the car insurance providers I've used before, AXA Car Insurance has got to be the worst one yet. I've asked as a GOOD FAITH GESTURE if they can provide a courtesy car in the meantime, which was point blank denied. Their lack of service gives me no confidence in wanting to carry on or recommend to anyone to use their policies. The word IMCOMPETENCE doesn't even describe how bad they actually are. With this thought as soon as the policy has expired and the car repaired, there's no chance I'll be using them again. Unfortunately I've trusted my house with their insurance as well. This will be cancelled as soon as that policy expires as well. Read more Read less

Disgraceful. They should be hauled in front of court. They failed to pay out on my insurance claim. 2.5 years later after a protracted small... Disgraceful. They should be hauled in front of court. They failed to pay out on my insurance claim. 2.5 years later after a protracted small claims process, their lawyer, Blake Morgan, eventually paid out on their behalf.     Scam of a company

    Really awful company do everything in there power to refuse a claim. The insurance is not insurance as they will blame you for everything so...     Treated like a criminal Axa also loss adjuster’s Crawfords and Paris Green whom was the loss adjuster dealing with the claim. Paris done everything in...     DO NOT BUY AXA TRAVEL INSURANCE !!!.

    AXA are refusing to pay my claim for having to cancel my holiday due to a fractured shoulder - and the reason is... I had...     Avoid this company at all costs.

    Avoid this company at all costs. You will just waste your money if you insure with them as they will attempt to use every excuse... Avoid this company at all costs. You will just waste your money if you insure with them as they will attempt to use every excuse as to why they don’t have to pay out and you will end up fighting them for months for them still to refuse to payout. They are an excuse of an insurance company. My flight took off and landed back in the original destination and was subsequently cancelled and a new flight scheduled for the next day resulting in me being unable to travel. They refused to payout as I departed but never made it to the destination through no fault of my own and incurring hotel costs. Read more Read less

    Insurance companies are bad - AXA are the worst

    Just awful. If you have car insurance with AXA, just pray you never have to engage with them at all. Between AXA and Vizion, they... Just awful. If you have car insurance with AXA, just pray you never have to engage with them at all. Between AXA and Vizion, they pass you between each other and blame the other side, no-one can help or is willing to. I'm left with a huge bill, no help whatsoever and weeks of absurdly awful customer service when trying to suggest ways to actually solve a problem. Read more Read less

    Been over 2 years since accident.

    Been over 2 years since accident. Went to court and other guy admitted liability . Since then axa have still got my case open and... Been over 2 years since accident.
