Had Axa for 4 years up until last year all fine Sadly the customer service staff are untrained, they cannot find claims, hospitals you can use, consultants you can use and read from a script I spend £600 per month would be better throwing the money in a bin Avoid these at all costs spend your hard earned money elsewhere Reviewed on: 8th May 2025
