Like pulling teeth

Had a private pension with Axa and for various reasons needed to close the account. Trying to get my money from Axa took over four months. They simply stopped responding to my emails and calls; when they did reply, they passed me on to someone else, who would just pass me onto someone else. Honestly caused me so much stress and anxiety.
