Poor service and any excuse not to pay

After 3 months of back and forth and finally a formal complaint, they are still useless. My flight was cancelled due to a strike, I submitted the evidence from the airport confirming this but because the airline stated "operational reason" they used that as an excuse to ignore all the other evidence and reject the claim. Needless to say that I won't renew my policy Reviewed on: 22nd June 2025
