10yr no claims. Increased premium by £400

I have had a driving licence 12yr. Had a car for 10. With 10years no claims they increased my premium by almost £400 and then tried to blame increased costs. What a load of rubbish. No way does my 2000 miles annually need a 85% increase in premium. Absolute joke of a company Reviewed on: 4th April 2024

My Car was damaged in a repair shop recommended by A...

My Car was damaged in a repair shop recommended by AxA ,The repair shop admitted the damage then denied it then said they caused some of the damage. AxA insurance have been of no help with this after repeated emails and phone calls they have done nothing and I have had to take this to the insurance ombudsman. Reviewed on: 14th January 2024

Worse insurance company ever

I was involved in a non fault accident, British Gas driver accepted liability of the occasion and Axa being my insurance dealt with them and at the end Axa asked me to pay £500 access on a non fault accident and they said that cos I decided to fix my car at a garage I know and not the one they wanted to me to too even tho they never asked me to go to any garage all they said the garage has to be VAT registered !! Worst Experience with AXA Insurance

Subject: Extremely Disappointing Experience with AXA Insurance I am deeply dissatisfied with my ongoing claim experience with AXA Insurance, which has extended over 40 days without resolution. Despite making over 20 calls, I consistently receive assurances that someone will call me back, but regrettably, no one does. Each of the 20 agents I've spoken to made promises to escalate my claim, assured me of callbacks by week's end, and pledged actions that were never fulfilled. This string of broken commitments reflects the incompetence of AXA Insurance in handling my case, causing me considerable distress. My car remains stranded in a compound, despite my persistent requests for its return in every conversation. The confirmation of the claim amount is inexplicably delayed, as engineers still grapple with a decision after 40 days of evaluation. After more than 20 years of dealing with various car insurance providers, AXA Insurance has proven to be the worst in terms of service, communication, and overall customer experience. I strongly caution others against insuring anything with this company based on my regrettable and ongoing ordeal. Reviewed on: 9th December 2023
