Double charged

on 4/1/2025 I obtained travel money to the value of £507 from the Newcastle branch in the Grainger market There were problems with the card machine and I now find I have been charged twice! I have contacted their complaint dept via the web form - no response I have contacted them on their complaints email - no response Do they care that I'm losing interest because of the mobney they've taken - no Do they care that I might go overdrawn - no Do they want to keep my money as long as possible - yes, probably forever Awful company Reviewed on: 7th January 2025

Overall outstanding service

H&T helped me out when most others wouldnt they approved my loan with looking at my affordability and not just my poor credit rating from the past application was quick and easy i applied and they got back to me within a few hours and my money was in my account the following morning very pleased with there service Reviewed on: 20th May 2018

Quick pay saved the day

I was struggling to find credit due to a checkered past but was delighted and relieved to be accepted for a short term loan from HT and T. Im glad they gave me a chance as I have improved my credit since and was grateful not to be judged on credit check value.
