Double charged

on 4/1/2025 I obtained travel money to the value of £507 from the Newcastle branch in the Grainger market There were problems with the card machine and I now find I have been charged twice! I have contacted their complaint dept via the web form - no response I have contacted them on their complaints email - no response Do they care that I'm losing interest because of the mobney they've taken - no Do they care that I might go overdrawn - no Do they want to keep my money as long as possible - yes, probably forever Awful company Reviewed on: 7th January 2025

The service was fantastic, quick and easy and the girls were so approachable! I had gone in to sell 2 watches I had and they couldn’t have been more helpful at the store on Duke Street, Glasgow.
