No compensation for the little guy

So after being double charges and being deprived of over £500 for 5 days asked for compensation of a paltry £20 so that: I didn't end up out of pocket (interest) because of a major error on their part To compensate for the stress caused To compensate for the fact that neither their email or web form complaints system worked The measure of an organisation is how it reacts to it's failings, unfortunately no stars is not an option No way am I getting anything! The service was fantastic, quick and easy and the girls were so approachable! I had gone in to sell 2 watches I had and they couldn’t have been more helpful at the store on Duke Street, Glasgow.
