Double charged

on 4/1/2025 I obtained travel money to the value of £507 from the Newcastle branch in the Grainger market There were problems with the card machine and I now find I have been charged twice! I have contacted their complaint dept via the web form - no response I have contacted them on their complaints email - no response Do they care that I'm losing interest because of the mobney they've taken - no Do they care that I might go overdrawn - no Do they want to keep my money as long as possible - yes, probably forever Awful company Reviewed on: 7th January 2025

Customer service is key

Fast quick and serious

H&T took care of me and helping me when i thought that ive never had another hope. Everytime when i went to shop the staff was really lovely and xonprehensovr and serious and also didnt give up easily till sort everything out. Yes it's ok because you can get the money very fast

Helpful and not at the same time

Excellent customer service via on phone and in store

Ive been in store for a loan last year and the customer service was excellent everything was explained properly. I like how im npt bombarded with postnor emails like some loan companya do. Ill get one every now and the about loan top ups which i things good. Applying online is quick and easy. Would reccomend to family and friends. Reviewed on: 4th August 2018

When all else failed

I had applied for several loans & everywhere I tried they turned me down. desperate to build my credit score & get myself back on track plus I had home improvements which needed attention' my conservatory was waiting to be built but no funds to do the work. just when I had exhausted every possibility my details were past to H&T pawn brokers/ loans to see if they could help. at my surprise & my delight they offered me the funds I needed. I was over the moon. the adviser (Leslie) at the Wolverhampton branch dealt with the loan application & took me through it step by step. she was so lovely & helpful' the staff were very professional & gave me all the information I needed & made me feel very welcome. H&T certainly gave me that chance to prove I was reliable & helped me when no one else did. I really do recommend this company & would certainly use them in the future. they have my vote & would like to think all their customers would vote for H&T . thank you Reviewed on: 3rd August 2018
