Double charged

on 4/1/2025 I obtained travel money to the value of £507 from the Newcastle branch in the Grainger market There were problems with the card machine and I now find I have been charged twice! I have contacted their complaint dept via the web form - no response I have contacted them on their complaints email - no response Do they care that I'm losing interest because of the mobney they've taken - no Do they care that I might go overdrawn - no Do they want to keep my money as long as possible - yes, probably forever Awful company Reviewed on: 7th January 2025

Great Company

H&T helped me out in a very difficult time when I was turned away by a lot of other companies. I just needed some help in the short term and knew I could keep up with my payments but only H&T gave me that trust. The staff instore were great, friendly and very efficient. Thank you H&T.
