Pleasing visit On a day out.

,I just came across the Branch in Goole’ went in and the staff were so knowlageable that I was hooked on saving with them and started a DD savings right away. When I went in to get a statement a year later ‘ I was pleasantly surprised to see how much I’d saved and the staff were just as helpful. Reviewed on: 21st May 2025

Going Above & Beyond

I have been a member of this Credit Union for over 10 years. I feel they empower those who would normally struggle to open a savings account in a none stigmatising way, and really target deprived areas to promote their services, particularly where door step loan sharks tend to prowl. The staff are extremely friendly and none-judgemental, always putting the customer first, whilst helping to solve any barriers to accessing funds. They strive to go above and beyond. Easy to save by adding extra onto loan repayments.

I have been with hey hull for many years and I have always found it so easy to save money as I always make sure my loan repayments are extra so the extra amount goes into my savings account. I find it very easy to withdraw from my savings account now that I can transfer from my savings account to my bank account which is much easier than it was many years ago when you needed to go into the branch to withdraw the money. I love the personal customer service.

I have been saving for about ten years. Firstly, direct from my pay packet. But then I carried on once I changed jobs. It is so nice to deal with real people- excellent customer service. And to know that my money is doing good to help others. Reviewed on: 1st June 2025
