I have been saving with HEY Credit Union for nearly...

I have been saving with HEY Credit Union for nearly 3 years and I have managed to save quite a bit. I have a savings account as well as a Christmas savings account. I put money into them both on a regular basis. The savings account I do not touch, but the Christmas account I transfer the full balance to my son (who also has a savings account) in the December, as I want to encourage him to save too. He has never withdrawn any funds in the two years I've been doing this so it's working well. The interest I get from these two accounts is slowly increasing as my savings grow. I am happy with my return so far too. The staff are wonderful and help with any inquiry I may have. In the future I may need a loan and HEY Credit Union will be the first place I go. I would be confident they would give me the best advice on paying the loan back, how much I could borrow and just any other information I need. I will continue to use HEY Credit Union for all my saving needs as I trust them and they make every transaction easy and stress free. Reviewed on: 11th March 2026

Supports my values

I joined through my workplace and it was simple and easy to save straight from my monthly salary. I wanted to save with a Credit Union to help others in the community who don't have easy access to the banking services that I have. My work directly affected people on benefits and I had seen far too many people falling victim to loan sharks and pay day lenders. Absolutely reccomend

I've never had an issue with credit union, any queries always answered and money is well saved and easy to withdraw if needed always someone to speak to if having issues but glad to say this is far better than even my bank account, friendly staff great place to keep money safe Reviewed on: 14th July 2025
