Pleasing visit On a day out.

,I just came across the Branch in Goole’ went in and the staff were so knowlageable that I was hooked on saving with them and started a DD savings right away. When I went in to get a statement a year later ‘ I was pleasantly surprised to see how much I’d saved and the staff were just as helpful. Reviewed on: 21st May 2025

10 yeears great servicee

Been with credit union for almost 10 years now. They deduct from my salary at source (it's got to the point I don't even miss it) and my money is readily available to withdraw online whenever I need it. Reviewed on: 30th May 2025

HEY Credit Union, who knew?

Brilliant service and support offered by Hull and ER Credit Union. I struggle to get in to the building due to real life pressure. I’m able to do all my business and banking with them online or over the phone. Staff are brilliant and always helpful. What’s more important never in a queue on the phone or on hold for having to listen to music. HEY CU pick up the phone every time and immediately. My business with them usually completed within a minute or two. I never part leaving disappointed or frustrated. They know me, my business and they are small enough as a union in which I feel I know them. They deserve all the plaudits and recognition that come their way. Another observation from when I’ve physically gone in the building to bank is that they invest in training their staff. They also believe in giving younger people opportunities in the work place and banking. Thus demonstrating their commitment to the long term aims, objectives and future of HEY Credit Union. I love being able to save in a way that supports the local community in Hull and East Yorkshire and facilitates people being able to access financial services including savings and loans who otherwise might not be able to. Reviewed on: 27th May 2025
