My granddaughter needed a loan for a deposit on a flat.

My granddaughter needed a loan for a deposit on a flat. She needed a bank that would allow her to save as well as pay back the loan. We went together and were made to feel very welcome, all the different types of loans were discussed. We left walking on air, not only did my granddaughter have a loan but she had professional help and guidance to not just pay the loan back, but budget for bills and save a little bit too. Total professional staff reduced my anxiety into smile.

Total professional and reduced my anxiety into smiles and calmness. I locked my account and was in a full panic. I was taken step by step how to unlock my account and check my balance. Very good communication skills helped me to relax. Reviewed on: 8th July 2025

Brilliant learning curve working together

When I had locked myself out of my savings account, the staff were fantastic working together on the phone and online my savings were found, the mistake I’d made was discussed and the online helpline was brought to my attention. Brilliant learning curve Reviewed on: 16th June 2025

Cooperative HEY credit union team work

The staff are very good a calm and wait for the customer to inform them which and what service they require. When you ask a question and the staff members doesn’t have the answer they will ask other members of staff if they can assist the customer. Reviewed on: 16th June 2025
