HEYCU is an amazing organisation that provides fantastic, friendly customer service. If there is an issue with any requests their friendly staff give me a call. Staff are always polite and helpful.

Staff are always polite and helpful. They explain things in simple terms for you to understand. The Christmas savers works so good for me to help save to buy what I need for Christmas as I can't withdraw any money until 1st November. Reviewed on: 30th April 2025

Excellent access to savings.

I've been with HEYCU for many years, the website gives me a ready account of my savings and targets to strive for. Transfers are easy, and the Christmas dividends are always a lovely surprise. I can't access the branches, but the site is brilliant, and any issues are dealt with promptly by email. Reviewed on: 29th April 2025

I have the Christmas saver with hey credit union.

I have the Christmas saver with hey credit union. They have this amazing thing in place where you can’t touch your savings until the 1st of November. This is great for anyone that struggles to save and tends to dip into savings. Reviewed on: 28th April 2025

I use Credit Union for my Christmas savings and it’s great that you can only withdraw from November until the end of December. Means that Christmas is easy to save for & I can’t keep dipping into my savings. Reviewed on: 26th April 2025
