It is good to actually talk to a "Real Person"

It is good to actually talk to a "real Person" in the UK who is polite and professional. No horrendous menu either. Reviewed on: 16th June 2025

Excellent experience

The staff are always friendly and helpful. The bank has a nice, homely feel and the simplicity of my savings account is lovely. I also like that I can still go to the bank in person. Reviewed on: 16th June 2025

Good, friendly service. Nice alternative saver

Easy to access my money using the online web app. Unfortunately the physical shop doesn't really cater to full time workers but I've never had an issue with finding information and application forms online. The people on the phone are also always friendly and seem willing to help. I love that you can choose different savings pots, especially the Christmas Saver and even though it's not huge, it's nice getting a little dividend in my account at the end of the year. I find it's good for not allowing me to spend or withdraw too much as unlike most banks nowadays, the transfers are only made during office hours. This may be a turn off for some people, but I find it useful as a deterrent to overspending. Reviewed on: 16th June 2025
