i have always managed to get through on the phone really quickly - never left on hold and questions are answered really quickly, never a problem to fully explain things or go over them again, even given information on unrelated questions and later emailed me a link to the page i needed to support with my question, feel like they really care and im not just a number. Good for saving, even a little bit every month

Very good if You want to save some money, even as little as a few quid per month. You DO NOT get a card, it is not easy or quick to spend the money You have there, so it stays saved :) Reviewed on: 21st May 2025
