Such a great app!

Great App (beginner perspective)

As a complete beginner I highly rate InvestEngine as they have built a sleek, accessible app that is really simple to use. I have setup a DIY portfolio rather than a managed one as I wanted to hand pick my securities. It gives a lot of information as you browse which is extremely insightful when assembling a portfolio. My only criticism would be that despite having autoinvest and savings plan features there is no option to invest daily for the smoothest cost average, hopefully they will add this in future but for now I am content with weekly investments. Investengine is brilliant for me.

Investengine is brilliant for me. I have a diverse portfolio of ETFs in an ISA that I make automatic, weekly contributions to with no fees. It has a good range of ETFs, though it doesn't have everything, and buys and sells aren't instant, so it is great for regular investing, but not for buying/selling in response to market movements. Suitable for beginner investors

I am fairly new to investing, and invest engine is an easy platform to use for beginners. It also provides plenty of opportunities to learn about investing. I have recommended invest engine to friends and family. Reviewed on: 10th February 2025
