The account is managed, I get updates to say the portfolio has been rebalanced, fees are competitive, the app is very useable, so far it’s a positive experience

Very wide variety of ETFs to choose from, extremely easy to use even for novices and to top it off little to no fees charged

It’s very easy to invest and importantly, I found that if necessary, they have an efficient system to withdraw and pay cash to my (nominated) bank account.

For those people who left bad reviews because they tried transferring an ISA or pension from vanguard, I think it is definitely vanguard's side because my brother had the same issue with transferring his ISA and I would recommend people to just withdraw their ISA from vanguard to their bank and then add it to invest engine from there and it will take far less time, thanks for reading everyone!
