Avoid - 6 Months of Lost Interest & No Communication

Extremely disappointed. I transferred my ISA to them, only to discover later that they stopped offering managed ISA, and they failed to inform me as... Extremely disappointed. I transferred my ISA to them, only to discover later that they stopped offering managed ISA, and they failed to inform me as a new customer. My money has been sitting idle for 6 months without any help or communication. No interest, no ISA growth, just wasted time and poor service. Avoid if you want to actually manage your money. I struggled a little to find how to fund my account and was not sure if there if I needed to supply account details to my bank as could only see withdrawal option initially. Read more Read less
