Its cheap for a reason.... no support

Although Invest Engine is free for self managed ETF's, the level of customer service is shocking. It takes weeks to get a reply to your... Although Invest Engine is free for self managed ETF's, the level of customer service is shocking. It takes weeks to get a reply to your query through your account and even then, they do not fully answer the question. They do not have a phone line to speak to them and if you look on the review sites recently, they are getting really poor customer service reviews. Think carefully before giving them your money as they are cheap for a reason. Thinking about transferring to Trading 212 or some other platform provider. Latest email to them sent 06 June, still no reply to another follow up email. This was from a few questions/ queries I sent them in January 2026 and were never fully answered with email ping pong.     Avoid - 6 Months of Lost Interest & No Communication

    Extremely disappointed. I transferred my ISA to them, only to discover later that they stopped offering managed ISA, and they failed to inform me as... Extremely disappointed. My money has been sitting idle for 6 months without any help or communication. No interest, no ISA growth, just wasted time and poor service. Avoid if you want to actually manage your money.
