Such a shame - abandoned small investors starting out

I was very excited to continue my investing journey with Vanguard having switched from a previous provider. However recent difficulties trying to add funds and... I was very excited to continue my investing journey with Vanguard having switched from a previous provider. However recent difficulties trying to add funds and their new fee structure have put me off. Adding cash manually became a chore for some reason. My browser (various) and app began to hang on a waiting page after following the instructions to no avail. Support responded swiftly but non of their suggestions made a difference. Several attempts and their new fee structure have given me good reason to move on to another platform. I did like the simplicity of a fund only platform, no temptation to mess about with stocks. Easy to use

Very easy to use. UFPLS payment was relatively straight forward (I know it's never straight forward). Fund charges continue to fall - thanks. Minimum annual charge is disappointing
