Easy to use

Very easy to use. UFPLS payment was relatively straight forward (I know it's never straight forward). Fund charges continue to fall - thanks. Minimum annual charge is disappointing

Such a shame - abandoned small investors starting out

I was very excited to continue my investing journey with Vanguard having switched from a previous provider. However recent difficulties trying to add funds and... I was very excited to continue my investing journey with Vanguard having switched from a previous provider. However recent difficulties trying to add funds and their new fee structure have put me off. Adding cash manually became a chore for some reason. My browser (various) and app began to hang on a waiting page after following the instructions to no avail. Support responded swiftly but non of their suggestions made a difference. Several attempts and their new fee structure have given me good reason to move on to another platform. I did like the simplicity of a fund only platform, no temptation to mess about with stocks.
