Knowing it would be reasonably priced as we are 75 and 86 and that the cover we needed to add on for a cruise was also easy to achieve. Have recommended to many friends. Reviewed on: 3rd October 2023

Professional, friendly service from people who appear to care

Excellent professional and friendly response on the 'phone resulting in a quotation that was also at a similar cost to ones obtained through comparison sites. The real plus point is that they provide a service level that reflects a personal interest and concern for their customers as evidenced in the response I received at 18.05 in the evening to an e.mail sent after 17.00 the same day. I had omitted a country in the list I required covered. They added the country at no additional cost in premium or in 'admin fees' and reissued the amended policy in less than an hour. Easy cover for pre-existing conditions
