I cannot praise this company enough. From the start of the call to the end, they dealt with my insurance cover swiftly and competently. It was my first time having to buy travel insurance with medical issues. I had spoken with other insurance companies prior to this, but was left very worried and deflated with their price and customer service. I really didn't think I would be able to find reasonable cover. After a quick look online I found Just Travel Cover and to be honest, when I read their reviews I thought it must be a scam! So I proceeded to call them and a lovely lady listened to my concerns regarding health issues and more importantly that I was awaiting a hospital appointment and test results, which puts some insurers off. This lady firstly put my mind at ease and took me swiftly through the process. She then advised me of the best plan for me and gave me the price, which was around £50. The other 'specialist ' insurance companies had given me prices between £150 - £200 for 11 nights cover to Spain!!! I really didn't feel like going on holiday...But thanks to Just Travel Cover, I got my holiday buzz back and had a wonderful holiday, knowing I was properly covered and at a very competitive price. These guys are my go to travel insurance company in the future, not just because of the price, but for their outstanding, friendly and professional service. Reviewed on: 9th July 2025

I had to find a travel insurance provider with a competitive price that gave excellent cover options and Just Travel Cover provided me with everything I was looking for, the website was extremely easy to navigate and was very quick and simple, I will definitely use them again and share their service with family and friends.
