Dont bank with this mob.

12days since joining,not heard one word from them,no account details,no card.NOTHING,And that costs you a tenner,NO CUSTOMER SERVICE.NOT WORTH A CUP OF COLD PISS. Reviewed on: 25th June 2021

Poor customer service

Everytime i try to phone no one pick up the phone I even went throu different option just to talk to someone, , still no one pick up. I also made a complaint and ask to phone me back still nothing so I went with another bank. Reviewed on: 4th April 2024
