No Machines!!!

The customer service here is exceptional, through all the branches. The staff are very engaging with all their customers. It's not like the commercial banks that have machines and you are told off for queuing up at the counter for help. I highly recommend this building society. Reviewed on: 28th January 2025

Mutual building society, warm welcome, I feel valued as a member and a part of the Society. Would be nice to see collaboration with banks or other mutuals to offer things such as current accounts. Reviewed on: 28th February 2025
