Brilliant

We went with a lifetime policy for our Romanian rescue. We have needed to claim several times, either through our vet or by ourselves. Caring advisors on the telephone. Helpful updates of claims received.

My cat has suffered from a few mysterious illnesses, which have been serious and very upsetting. The advisor I spoke to was kind and helpful, taking the worry of a high vet bill off my mind. Trustworthy and responsive!

My little chap is insured by this company as are his uncle and nephew.. they’re very helpful and trustworthy! 10/10 My mum has been using this insurance for a while now and they were super helpful with her puppy too who unfortunately got hold of a lead and ate it when he was only a month or so old.. thankfully they helped out with the bills and he is now healthy, happy and loving to annoy our older boys!! Good value for money
