MiPet Cover is no longer selling new pet insurance policies, but existing policies are still running.

Replacement policies continued on or after the 1st of May 2025 are with Petcover and Allianz. Policies with renewal dates on or before the 30th of April 2025 are with Insurance Factory Limited.

Easy Process through a Tough Time

We have used this insurer since we first got our beloved cat. She had a really nasty accident and we were absolutely distraught. Luckily we had MiPet cover and got her to the MiNight Vet in under 10 minutes of finding her. Miraculously our furbaby recovered against the odds and because with this insurance she could be provided the best vet care. We wouldnt have been able to afford it without MiPet cover and they made every step of the process so easy and were so compassionate about our little cats accident. Quick and easy, no frills no fuss....and you know what you are getting!

I have found MiPetCover to be courteous and professional when on the phone, these are 2 qualities that don't always come hand in hand....so you are put at ease by the customer service team straightaway. At each stage of handling your claim you are kept up to date, which when we are talking vets bills you need to know where you are!! I have no worries about the service I have received, if I have had a query its been dealt with quickly and efficiently....! Reviewed on: 27th September 2022

Happily not had to make a claim but day to day value very good and when I got the new kitty the starter pack and 6/12monthly checks were almost entirely all in. Good. Felt it was really aimed at pet and owner not just a finance company. Thank you. Reviewed on: 27th September 2022

We went with a lifetime policy for our Romanian rescue. We have needed to claim several times, either through our vet or by ourselves.
