Mipet, excellent and easy claims Mipet has always settled claims as quickly as the vet sends them in. Only downside is premium is quite high. Reviewed on: 20th August 2026

MiPet Cover is no longer selling new pet insurance policies, but existing policies are still running.

Replacement policies continued on or after the 1st of May 2025 are with Petcover and Allianz. Policies with renewal dates on or before the 30th of April 2025 are with Insurance Factory Limited.

My cat has suffered from a few mysterious illnesses, which have been serious and very upsetting. The advisor I spoke to was kind and helpful, taking the worry of a high vet bill off my mind. My little chap is insured by this company as are his uncle and nephew.. they’re very helpful and trustworthy! 10/10 My mum has been using this insurance for a while now and they were super helpful with her puppy too who unfortunately got hold of a lead and ate it when he was only a month or so old.. thankfully they helped out with the bills and he is now healthy, happy and loving to annoy our older boys!!
