Very useful, however big or small your target

Always looking for ways to improve the product, always engaging effectively with users

I have had a couple of support needs recently with bank connectivity issues and I couldn't fault either the ability to solve problems or to communicate effectively, promptly and in a friendly manner. Apart from that the comms that comes from the senior folks on operational, tactical and strategic matters all just makes sense, and gives you confidence that it's a company on the up for sound reasons.
