I have had a couple of support needs recently with bank connectivity issues and I couldn't fault either the ability to solve problems or to communicate effectively, promptly and in a friendly manner. Apart from that the comms that comes from the senior folks on operational, tactical and strategic matters all just makes sense, and gives you confidence that it's a company on the up for sound reasons. Money Dashboard makes it easy for me to control where I'm spending money and to plan ahead. Checking multiple bank accounts regularly and aggregating the expenditures is tedious and time-consuming.
