I have deposited in money farms general investments, the process of doing so was straight forward & associated costs low. Really supportive customer service which responds in as little as a few minutes. The products are quite clear in description - something more could be done on performance tracking (e.g., returns, risk weighted portfolio returns, etc.). Moneyfarm - you can actually talk to a person.

Moneyfarm offer a similar product to others except in one aspect - it is very easy to actually get to talk to a human and then keep talking to the same human over time. Invaluable.
