Avoid Moneyfarm - Misleading Ads & Extra Fees

Drawn into Moneyfarm with a misleading advert, I'm very disappointed. Call centre staff hiding behind terms & conditions to add fees when trying to withdraw... Drawn into Moneyfarm with a misleading advert, I'm very disappointed. Call centre staff hiding behind terms & conditions to add fees when trying to withdraw my cash. Returns from Moneyfarm (even on 6/7 risk) have been lower than Wealthify and way lower than Santander (all invested same amount at the same time). Definitely avoid this one, invest with a proper bank or take independent financial advice, I feel like I'm been scammed by Moneyfarm. Read more Read less

I transferred into Moneyfarm from another provider. The Moneyfarm staff could not be more helpful or friendly. The transition was smooth and I am very happy with how it went.

    Excellent SIPP and S&S ISA service for 5 years

    I've had both SIPP and S&S ISA for more than 5 years. Performance has been as good or better than similar products I also own... I've had both SIPP and S&S ISA for more than 5 years. Performance has been as good or better than similar products I also own from other providers, and their services have been excellent, particularly when I had a complex situation regarding tax free lump sum protection.
