A good experience...

A good experience thus far. Making a decent return on investment and communication from Moneyfarm is regular, clear and concise. The only issue I have, is with the process of transferring money from bank accounts to Moneyfarm as it does not always run smoothly. However, you do eventually get there. Great communication and excellent customer service.

The user friendly dashboard makes it very easy to check how my investments are performing. What I appreciate most is the proactive communication from Moneyfarm. They regularly host webinars to share their investment strategy, answer questions and whenever there is a major global event that affects the stock market, they provide a considered response within 24-48 hours advising how this is likely to affect their clients.
