Excellent customer service and products you want to invest in.

I discovered Community Bank by carrying out research on ethical financial organisations. The product I invested in was providing a good return and after chatting to various people about the product, I found the people I spoke to friendly and willing to help. Reviewed on: 19th July 2023

Easy peasy

Saving in a high interest account with my money tied up for a shortish term was exactly what I was looking for. Competitively high interest rate, 6 month term and a fast, simple application process through an easy to understand website clinched the deal. Jam on the cake in that it’s a credit union, not a ig bank paying money to share holders. Rather, it’s owned by members. Marvellous all round. Reviewed on: 19th July 2023

SAFE SENSIBLE HASSLE FREE SAVINGS

I Started here saving afew months ago IT was easy to set up poperated efficiently and a pleasure to follw progress on a daily basis. Good savings rates and nice to know my money helps to provide affordable loans

The sign up process was fairly simple, the rates offered were equal to or better than the products offered by the big banks. It's good to know that the money is used to provide affordable loans to people in the local community. Reviewed on: 19th July 2023
