Great interest rates and customer service

Offered me the best rate for my savings and it was quick and simple to apply for the product online. Also, there are real people to help with enquiries. My calls were answered promptly and the customer service people were knowledgeable and polite. A great, stress-free experience all round. Couldn't be happier

Delighted to be able to invest knowing that it will be used to support communities, not feeding corporate balance sheets. I've been investing for approx 3-4 years now and conisistently the rates offered have been competitive at worst and market leading at best. Any minor issues or questions I have had have all been resolved by simply cotaccting customer support who do a great job. I couldn't be more satisfied and I'd be surprised if there aren't many, many more like me. I'm comitted to continue investing for the long term, I'd be daft not to. Reviewed on: 30th March 2025

My Community Bank offered a good rate of fixed interest for my savings , online application was easy , telephone communication was supportive .i also was able to apply for a discount card for shopping at the Co-op , so i can now buy good quality foods at a discounted price every time i shop. Secure, safe and satisfying

Setting up my saving account was extremely simple ,safe and easy to navigate. All on line correspondence was easy to understand and very explanative. No over selling, no pressure emails, just simple honest communication and updating as required. Reviewed on: 28th March 2025
