Great way to manage pocket money

Both grandchildren 7 and 11 love their Rooster cards. They have become much more aware of the cost of things. They also love competing to see who can resist spending. It is so easy for parents and grandparents to oversee. Reviewed on: 20th January 2023

NatWest value their customers, especially with all their benefits they offer and especially helping you to teach your child the value of money. I was now able to encourage my child to do her chores with the benefits of using NatWest child rooster account which I believe is very beneficial helping to know how to be independent. Brilliant Kids' Banking Service

I'm so impressed with Rooster Money. Its exactly what I was looking fir for my 9 year old. The app is brilliant and the it's great that you can configure so much to suit your needs in terms of chores, pots, allowances, spending limits, approvals. My son loves having a card, his app on his phone (without the need for a SIM which he doesn't have yet) and that he can spend his own money using a card. Well done Natwest! The best value child banking account

I set this account up for my granddaughter who live in an other city so I could send pocket money or extra cash when she has hospital stays (which can be often due to her sickle cell disease) as the hospital stays can be quite costly for Mom & Dad, this allows her to buy a treat magazine or hot chocolate. Its easy to understand and allows parents to set amount of funds available easy to track spending, and I like that you have to access a pin code for online shopping. Reviewed on: 20th January 2023

Still teaching good money habits

Love this account! Our daughter has been using for 2 years. We love the way it splits money into pots for saving, spending, giving, etc. We now have the debit card and it's taught our daughter great habits, including the big skill of "do I really need this?".
