Avoid at all costs.

I have used Tui for travel and currency for over 20 years, spending around £3K per year with them, but never again from now on. The Tui currency card that I was advised to get is an absolute rip-off, offering the lowest exchange rates. I will now use a rival travel agent, so I hope it was worth it for Tui to rip me off. Avoid Tui currency exchanges at all costs, for money cards and currency. Reviewed on: 15th September 2023

Terrible card do not use

Loaded my card at the shop and went on holiday, card worked a few times then seemed to get locked. Contacted TUI customer services who are useless and I am still waiting for my remaining funds to be returned. I would have saved a few hundred pounds on the exchange as well if I had just taken cash. Zero stars

Absolute rubbish. Unable to top the card up via the app. Then tried to spend the small amount I have on it. PIN not working. Re set it via yhe app, but card now just declines. So glad I checked these reviews before I loaded all of the families holiday Spends onto it. Recommended a Revolut Card... its brilliant..... and works.... Reviewed on: 3rd July 2023

Dreadful

Doesn't work. Like so many others have commented, when you try to top it up, it doesn't work, stating 'top up failed' and check my details and try again. I have done this repeatedly. So much time wasted. Customer services are patronising and state ' it will work, if done correctly' Reviewed on: 13th September 2022
