Rooster money is very easy to use...

Rooster money is very easy to use, I set it up for my 6 year old and 9 year old so they can start learning to earn their own money. They enjoy seeing what they have earnt and listening to them deciding what to spend or save their money on. Reviewed on: 7th April 2024

A big thank you to NatWest

I have been with NatWest since my teenage years. NatWest has helped me massively with my finances right from the start and even helped me to get my first mortgage. Now my children have NatWest rooster accounts and it has been an excellent way to start them early and help them understand the importance of money. I could not recommend NatWest more. Friends have colleagues have also used NatWest rooster for their children on my recommendations. Fantastic is one word I would use to describe my experiences with NatWest. Confidence building money handling

Excellent online banking facility for giving children confidence and autonomy in managing money, whilst allowing parents to oversee where money can be and is spent. Parents can 'drop' money into a child's account from a holding space, meaning that they can control the amount available for a child to spend. Birthday, and other gifted or earnt money can be dripfed into the child's account meaing that it's not necessarily all spent at once! Its certainly given my young teenager confidence with making purchases. Reviewed on: 18th April 2025

Easy app to use for financial literacy to my daughter.

Easy to set up and easy to make transfers from my account to top up whenever needed. I get notifications for purchases or any unusual activity. Really good app. Reviewed on: 18th April 2025

Great app to encourage children.

Being a NatWest customer, all three of my boys have an account and there is no extra charge for me. They have learned how to manage money and have independence in their spending. While the chores piece of the app has lost their interest, it is a great feature and replaces the old sticker chart nicely! Reviewed on: 18th April 2025
