Ease of using a Rooster Card.

Easy to set up and use. If you're already a NatWest customer then there is no fee for the Rooster card. Very easy to transfer money and keep an eye on what is being spent. Reviewed on: 23rd April 2025

Early or late - Rooster’s been great

Before and throughout the Rooster staff have been responsive and informative. They have always checked if the responses they have provided to our queries are sufficient. we had a couple of issues with overpayment and they guided us through the process. It’s got to the point now when if there is a problem or question about the account I or my son have, I know there will be someone there to get back to us really quickly.
