Early or late - Rooster’s been great

Before and throughout the Rooster staff have been responsive and informative. They have always checked if the responses they have provided to our queries are sufficient. we had a couple of issues with overpayment and they guided us through the process. It’s got to the point now when if there is a problem or question about the account I or my son have, I know there will be someone there to get back to us really quickly. To be frank, I don’t know any service or utility provider that has such a dependable and responsive customer service team - and that’s saying something these days. No waiting for ages, no deferment to another section or department just straightforward answers and and as I say always the follow up - have we resolved your problem. Reviewed on: 22nd April 2025
