Fantastic life skill, great app, highly recommended

Love rooster money for teaching children about the value of money, earning and saving. It's real world life skills in money management ready for the modern world in giving them access to banking apps and having their own card to manage. Easy to use and great features.

Easy to use and great features. My son loves to use his card and app to manage his money. Great that it’s free if you’re a NatWest customer yourself. Reviewed on: 2nd April 2025

Customer service

Chatbot is not very helpful and getting through to a person is difficult. I have had to make complaints and in the past for things to be resolved that dragged on and on with normal customer services. App is easy to use on the whole. Reviewed on: 31st March 2025

Excellent app & so easy to use

The rooster app is so easy to use and gets updated to keep it working at the best level. For example it’s just made it was for children to add savings pots. My child is so much more productive with his list of chores to tick off, it’s an absolute game changer! Reviewed on: 7th March 2025

Great service and easy to use for parents and children

It’s a brilliant service
