Inflexible and expensive

I had misfortune to have to use loan for IT purchase via NHS employer. Ended up paying more interest and more tax than if I had just bought through commercial loan. It may suit some but don’t assume because it is Credit Union that it will be beat commercial rate or offer flexibility. Reviewed on: 29th June 2020

Reassuring and professional

In my dealings with the nhs credit union I have always found them to be professional but very understanding and helpful. Very easy to deal with. Their loan procedure is very easy and fast and they keep you informed throughout. I have had occasion to speak with them once on the phone and the lady I spoke with was polite and helpful. Excellent helpful service
