Reassuring and professional

In my dealings with the nhs credit union I have always found them to be professional but very understanding and helpful. Very easy to deal with. Their loan procedure is very easy and fast and they keep you informed throughout. I have had occasion to speak with them once on the phone and the lady I spoke with was polite and helpful.
