Excellent customer service, highly recommend. :)

Since joining with Nottingham Building Society, I have nothing but good things to say about them. I started a fixed rate Lifetime ISA with them about a year or so ago. The process was simple to set up and I felt like I had a lot of support along the way, especially in terms of understanding the ins and outs of my new savings account. I would recommend them to anyone looking to save toward their future, whether that be for their first home, their children's higher education, or anything else. :) Reviewed on: 5th April 2025

All the staff are friendly, helpful, knowledgeable.

All the staff are friendly, helpful, knowledgeable. Put you at ease straight away in a relaxed & friendly atmosphere. Drink offered, toilets available too. Nothing too much trouble. Communications are excellent, either by post, email or phone,updating on products available, end dates, next steps etc etc. Used by the whole family, my mum, me & my children for a number of years now & we have all been very happy with all our various transactions, advice etc. Reviewed on: 17th April 2025

One very happy chappy!

I was completely new to the concept of Lifetime ISAs and money management, and they made it so simple for me, not only to understand and come to terms with, but to manage and engage with it afterwards as well! During a moment of emotional difficulty, they were incredibly supportive and understanding on the phone, and helped me to understand my options at the time.
