Sharks

Do not take finance with this company. They work with their vehicle assessment company Mannheim to get as much back from you as they can at the end of your lease, hiding behind the BVLA guidelines and with no flexibility whatsoever. They even tried to claim my mileage was higher even though the guy from Mannheim took a picture of it, and then they chase you incessantly for money, threatening you with debt collection agencies. Don't miss a payment

I had to retire due to being disabled. They took me to court without my knowledge, fair enough, but now they have put a charge on my house and their next step is to force a sale. They accept no form of offer and that's if they even respond to any correspondence or phone call. They are not sympathetic and go straight for the jugular Reviewed on: 13th July 2023

Ridiculous unfair end of lease charges

Applied ridiculous end of lease charges including: * Paint drip defect from the factory * Alloy wheel corrosion due to insufficient laquer from factory, which factory will resolve for free * Dents in the pillar caused by a badly designed seatbelt retraction - seatbelt doesn't retract fast enough so door closes on seatbelt. Also sends threatening letters, threatens to harm credit if demands aren't met. They are horrible to deal with. IF you get a response (you probably won't),... Reviewed on: 15th March 2023

Is a shark company

This company is one of shark companies they just want to rip you off in any kind. If you want to have loan please dont go to this one iwill not recommend it. Reviewed on: 17th August 2022

Rip of fees

Beware of interest charges with this company they are nothing short of a a loan shark. Nearly 40% of loan amount charged in interest, avoid like the plague Reviewed on: 29th June 2022

DO NOT USE RIP OFF ARTISTS - AVOID

I had a car lease with Novuna and at the end of the lease the car was immaculate except for a small hole in the carpet . They tried to charge me £360 to fix it. I received three quotes all around £100 to do the actual repair. I asked for an invoice as proof that they had had it done and they said they hadnt and they dont have too!! DAYLIGHT ROBBERY .
