DO NOT USE RIP OFF ARTISTS - AVOID

I had a car lease with Novuna and at the end of the lease the car was immaculate except for a small hole in the carpet . They tried to charge me £360 to fix it. I received three quotes all around £100 to do the actual repair. I asked for an invoice as proof that they had had it done and they said they hadnt and they dont have too!! DAYLIGHT ROBBERY . Quick and understanding during Covid time

I bought a graphic card from Scan, and used Novuna Personal Finance (before the name change it was Hitachi Personal Finance), it did take a while for them to get round to accepting me - but that is understandable it would have been a busy time. Would definitely recommend them to anyone. Reviewed on: 1st April 2022

Hitachi highly recommendable

New kitchen, carpeted the whole house, & new bedroom, with hitachi you always know where you are with regular statements ,low to 0% interest you can not get a service any better than that. Reviewed on: 7th June 2019

Easy!

I was accepted in minutes. All paperwork by email was on time and accurate. First payment went out on time and I’ve had no problems at all. I do get emails to inform me of other stuff that’s available, but it’s a reasonable and helpful contact. Reviewed on: 5th June 2019
