We asked them to top up the loan according to which they rejected my request without any form or justification. Instead of rewarding me because I was a customer who had been tried in the scheduled payment, even though my credit rating was very good, the reason for dismissal did not seem convincing. They said that we would not be able to explain the reason for rejecting your application, which caused me disappointment and disappointment because I was considered them to be the financing company approved for me, and now I will transfer the loan to another financing company.
