When I called to address this issue, citing my credit agreement which clearly states the ability to pay by credit card, and pointed out that I had done so in the past, the staff seemed indifferent. Despite being authorized and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority, I have serious doubts about their compliance, given the questionable way they conduct business and the numerous negative reviews. Furthermore, my customer service calls were abruptly cut off multiple times, hinting at a deliberate attempt to manage call volumes due to the high number of complaints. They even tried to claim my mileage was higher even though the guy from Mannheim took a picture of it, and then they chase you incessantly for money, threatening you with debt collection agencies.
