Would NOT recommend Asda Pet Insurance

Was sold what I thought was comprehensive cover for an aging dog. Premium increased significantly in a year just made a claim and only received... Was sold what I thought was comprehensive cover for an aging dog. Premium increased significantly in a year just made a claim and only received a small amount because of ‘T&C’’ when have impression are covered for more. Is difficult to predict everything, and make decisions on complex policy terms. Should not be this complicated- feels like been taken for a ride when am an honest person who just wants the best for there pet. Will be looking else where. Read more Read less

    Terrible company avoid

    My Asda money credit card has been blocked and can not make transactions on my account,can not login to the app it’s blocked I have... My Asda money credit card has been blocked and can not make transactions on my account,can not login to the app it’s blocked I have called a few times this week just to be told nobody can discuss the account because it’s under review,very frustrating and I have done nothing wrong,I am not the only person this has happened to,There has been at least 12 reviews on here from people saying the same regarding Account reviews and Blocks,I keep been told somebody from the specialist team will contact me and had nothing,just been left in the Dark….This is a terrible way to treat customers.your customer service is non existent,I will take this to the FCA AND FOS Read more Read less

    Stay well away from Asda Pet Insurance. Our dog unfortunately was ill back in November 2024, it is now March 2025 and we are still... Stay well away from Asda Pet Insurance. Our dog unfortunately was ill back in November 2024, it is now March 2025 and we are still waiting for our claim to be sorted. The service provided is terrible, whenever you call them about the claim they just give you the basic answers "it being assed sir" nothing else. I find it an absolute disgrace that it should that a quarter of a year for them to process a claim, even more so when I am being charged so much money per month for the policy, mainly due to our dogs age and a previous cliam.     AVOID - they randomly block cards with no warning

    Recently at a family meal I used my ASDA credit card to pay. It declined ?? Luckily I had another card on my. 2 days... Recently at a family meal I used my ASDA credit card to pay. It declined ?? Luckily I had another card on my. 2 days later, in ASDA store my card was again declined. I contacted ASDA Card and was advised my account was being reviewed but they would not say why. I had sufficient funds, I always pay my card balance before the due date. Apparently I should have received a message to say my card was being blocked. I didn't reeive any such message. When I have asked how long it will be before my card will work again the best they can say is it will take up to 30 days. Since then I have had 2 important very subscriptions also decline. It's embarrassing and the answers I am getting leave a lot to be desired. Poor customer service. I've been happy with my card for the past 5 years. I won't be using it again and will cancel it once I see what this review was all about, if I ever get to the bottom of it. Read more Read less
