    3 years of perfect service then they blocked Asda credit card when I purchased a €40 meal whilst abroad, I have used the card many... 3 years of perfect service then they blocked Asda credit card when I purchased a €40 meal whilst abroad, I have used the card many times abroad without issue. Customer service by phone, email and chat is very poor, all automated stating ‘2 week review’ this happened in April 2026, I am writing this halfway through June 2026 after eight attempts to contact Asda Money no response.     My Asda pet insurance experience.

    On the 9th of may I took out Asda pet insurance, on the 12/13 of may my pup swallowed a sewing needle, we took her... On the 9th of may I took out Asda pet insurance, on the 12/13 of may my pup swallowed a sewing needle, we took her to the emergency vet’s and she had to be operated on, the main thing is she is totally recovered now, the cost was £2.800 and Asda insurance helped me out straight away.
