Luckily I had another card on my. 2 days later, in ASDA store my card was again declined. I contacted ASDA Card and was advised my account was being reviewed but they would not say why. I had sufficient funds, I always pay my card balance before the due date. Apparently I should have received a message to say my card was being blocked. I didn't reeive any such message. When I have asked how long it will be before my card will work again the best they can say is it will take up to 30 days. Since then I have had 2 important very subscriptions also decline. It's embarrassing and the answers I am getting leave a lot to be desired. Poor customer service. I've been happy with my card for the past 5 years. I won't be using it again and will cancel it once I see what this review was all about, if I ever get to the bottom of it. Read more Read less

Despite sending several emails asking for an update I only ever received an automated reply saying they would respond in 3 - 5 working days (for that read NEVER!) I finally made contact via the online chat which is where I was given the "we are very busy at the moment and apologise for the delay" excuse by the unfortunate customer "service" person. I do not recommend this insurer and as soon as my claim is resolved I'll be cancelling both this and my dog's insurance policy with ASDA Money.
