Probably the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Credit card had a £20 debit I did not recognise and the only transaction outstanding, no contact or explanation and no visible investigation, just a complete blank even from the chat which is through AI which just says someone will be in touch but after 2 months I give up. Great Everyday Credit Card for Asda Shoppers

I’ve had a positive experience with the Asda Money Credit Card⁠ overall. The application process was quick and straightforward, and the card arrived sooner than expected. I like how easy it is to track spending through the app, and the cashback rewards through the Asda Rewards Cashpot are a nice bonus for everyday shopping. Reviewed on: 11th May 2026

Good company to deal with

I have know AsdaMoney for over 1 year when I got a Credit Card. The company is easy to deal with. The service has been exceptional. The team is knowledgeable, patient and truly takes time to tailor advice to my personal goals. Ready to help when difficulties arrivent . Deeply Disappointed by Asda Money’s Response to Frau...

Deeply Disappointed by Asda Money’s Response to Fraud I recently became the victim of online fraud and promptly reported it to Asda Money, hoping they would step in to protect my finances. Shockingly, despite alerting them before the payment even cleared, they failed to intervene, allowing the transaction to go through unchecked. Their justification? Because the payment went to a company they categorized as an investment firm, they refused to take any responsibility or offer assistance. That’s not protection — that’s abandonment. Instead of helping, they threatened to close my account, compounding the stress of being defrauded. In the end, I settled the outstanding balance myself and closed my account voluntarily. But the damage was done — not just financially, but in trust. It felt like Asda Money stood with the fraudster, not with me, the customer they claim to serve. I would never recommend Asda Money to anyone. Their handling of fraud was dismissive and unforgiving, and I no longer trust them with money matters. FULL STOP. Reviewed on: 21st July 2025

Extremely Disappointed

I’m extremely disappointed with the service from Asda Credit Card. Despite always making full and timely payments, my card was suddenly placed under a “management review” without any explanation. There was no prior notification or clear reason provided. What’s worse, they blocked access to the app without informing me. I wasn’t even told how much was due, which seems like a deliberate move to apply interest charges unfairly. When I reached out to customer service, I received vague, unhelpful responses and no resolution or timeframe for when my app or card would be accessible again. This experience has been nothing short of frustrating and feels incredibly unfair. If I had the option, I would give them a -5 rating. Truly disappointed and would not recommend this card to anyone.
