3 years of perfect service then they blocked Asda cr...

3 years of perfect service then they blocked Asda credit card when I purchased a €40 meal whilst abroad, I have used the card many times abroad without issue. Customer service by phone, email and chat is very poor, all automated stating ‘2 week review’ this happened in April 2026, I am writing this halfway through June 2026 after eight attempts to contact Asda Money no response. Very poor service. Reviewed on: 19th June 2026

I have had a positive experience with the ASDA Money Credit Card. The application process was straightforward, the online account management is easy to use, and payments are processed without any issues. Customer service has been helpful whenever I needed assistance. Overall, it is a reliable credit card and I am satisfied with the service provided. Reviewed on: 11th June 2026

Probably the worst customer service I have ever expe...

Probably the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Credit card had a £20 debit I did not recognise and the only transaction outstanding, no contact or explanation and no visible investigation, just a complete blank even from the chat which is through AI which just says someone will be in touch but after 2 months I give up. Great Everyday Credit Card for Asda Shoppers

I’ve had a positive experience with the Asda Money Credit Card⁠ overall. The application process was quick and straightforward, and the card arrived sooner than expected. I like how easy it is to track spending through the app, and the cashback rewards through the Asda Rewards Cashpot are a nice bonus for everyday shopping. Reviewed on: 11th May 2026

I have know AsdaMoney for over 1 year when I got a Credit Card. The company is easy to deal with. The service has been exceptional. The team is knowledgeable, patient and truly takes time to tailor advice to my personal goals. Ready to help when difficulties arrivent . Avoid avoid avoid this credit card.Any offer advertised as an incentive will not be honoured and they come up with excuses.Customer service is terrible and you are not protected from fraud. Reviewed on: 6th October 2025
