Probably the worst customer service I have ever expe...

Probably the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Credit card had a £20 debit I did not recognise and the only transaction outstanding, no contact or explanation and no visible investigation, just a complete blank even from the chat which is through AI which just says someone will be in touch but after 2 months I give up.
