I have been a customer with them for more than five...

I have been a customer with them for more than five years. I have repaid two loans with them without any faltering or delaying any repayment, even in the critical circumstances of Covid-19, and I am still repaying the third loan in an excellent manner. We asked them to top up the loan according to which they rejected my request without any form or justification. Instead of rewarding me because I was a customer who had been tried in the scheduled payment, even though my credit rating was very good, the reason for dismissal did not seem convincing. They said that we would not be able to explain the reason for rejecting your application, which caused me disappointment and disappointment because I was considered them to be the financing company approved for me, and now I will transfer the loan to another financing company. I would caution anyone considering entering into a credit agreement with this company. Their business practices seem to push the boundaries of legality. Recently, Novuna removed the option to pay via credit card without any prior notification. When I called to address this issue, citing my credit agreement which clearly states the ability to pay by credit card, and pointed out that I had done so in the past, the staff seemed indifferent. Despite being authorized and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority, I have serious doubts about their compliance, given the questionable way they conduct business and the numerous negative reviews. Furthermore, my customer service calls were abruptly cut off multiple times, hinting at a deliberate attempt to manage call volumes due to the high number of complaints. In light of these experiences, my sincere advice is to steer clear of this company. Reviewed on: 3rd January 2024

Total Crooks

Took out a loan with hitachi. They changed their name. Im paying too much and now cant get a cheaper loan & interest elsewhere because of them. Constantly messing me about with interest. Not happy at all. Reviewed on: 23rd July 2022
